She’s a nurse

She began her nursing career back in 2012 as an ER nurse and in 2018, switched over to labor & delivery. She is board certified in both emergency nursing and inpatient obstetrics.

She’s a wife and mother.

Jen and has been married to her husband, Brian, since 2012. Together they have two boys, Ellis and Luke.

While others in her position might have stopped working at the bedside to pursue fame, Jen has maintained her role caring for laboring patients. Every weekend, you can find her in her scrubs, helping families navigate labor and birth.

She travels

Jen is passionate about improving outcomes for families going through labor and birth. She travels the country speaking to thousands of health care workers about how we can better care for these patients.

She helps moms

She started an organization called “Hot Mess Express”, a non-profit that rescues moms in need. It’s a group of moms who go into the homes of other moms who are struggling. We do dishes, laundry, organizing, whatever they need to have fresh start. With over 120 chapters across the country, her message of hope and compassion is contagious.
